With a development career spanning over 35 years, Don has worked with pension funds, academic institutions and private investors to successfully complete over $1.25 billion in real estate projects including several high rise residential, commercial and institutional developments in the Vancouver area.

As an investor in sustainable technology and advocate for sustainable development, Don’s passion is to create beautiful real estate developments that are environmentally sustainable from both a human and financial perspective.

While Don is a graduate from both the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Construction Engineering Technology and the Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, he continues to build his knowledge of the sustainable development industry by traveling the world to explore new technologies.

Don is a member of the Canadian Green Building Council and International Living Futures as well as Past President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, Greater Vancouver Chapter.

With a Master’s in Civil Engineering from UBC, Ryan has more than 12 years of experience in multifamily and commercial developments. Starting his career with a major construction company and then moving into the development industry, Ryan has been at the nucleus of the acquisition & zoning of several high-profile Vancouver developments.

Specializing in the acquisition of unique properties for redevelopment, Ryan looks for development opportunities that enhance neighbourhoods. With years of experience in navigating the municipal re-zoning and approval process, he strives to create an improved urban landscape through thoughtful planning and efficient zoning.
